On Tuesday, December 4, General Ricardo Gómez Nieto, Commander of the Colombian National Army, became the 65th inductee into NDU's International Hall of Fame and the 5th Colombian to receive this distinguished honor.

The Passing of Judge Reviere

It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of Judge Herman Reviere. Herman passed away at the age of 87 on June 7, 2018. Judge Reviere played an instrumental part in the Tennessee field studies of our International Fellows. He generously opened up his home for the International Fellows during their field studies to Ripley.

Georgian International Fellow Awarded U.S. Army’s Legion of Merit

As a result of his exceptional meritorious service as the Georgian Defense, Military, Naval, and Air Attaché to the United States from August 2012 to June 2017, Colonel Vepkhvia Chalabashvili was granted the Legion of Merit award from the Department of the Army on February 27, 2018.

Eisenhower Alumnus Participates in RIMPAC Excercise


Just graduated and already in the midst of new roles and responsibilities!

Commodore Millar visited the undersea mine countermeasures task group led by the RNZN during their participation in the Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) exercise in the Southern California area of operations.Twenty-five nations, 46 ships, five submarines, about 200 aircraft and 25,000 personnel are participating in RIMPAC from June 27 to Aug. 2 in and around the Hawaiian Islands and Southern California. The world's largest international maritime exercise, RIMPAC, provides a unique training opportunity while fostering and sustaining cooperative relationships among participants critical to ensuring the safety of sea lanes and security of the world's oceans.
